Synergy Dance® Low-Intensity Dance Workouts
These dance sessions include a warm-up, main routine and cool down and follow an aerobic curve format at low intensity. The class is lower impact to suit participants less suited to high energy or high impact workouts. Levels and options are given throughout to enable flexible exercise programmes.
Catchy themes and props enhance the experience of these fun and energising classes. Benefits include improved fitness, balance, coordination and concentration skills. Participants will also increase confidence and well-being as they progress through the course. The sessions will complement current sports activities and the non-competitive nature of these routines gives the freedom to be active at an individual pace.

Natalie
Natalie is an experienced teacher and “industry pro” who has been working in the fitness industry since 2002 and has been specialising in yoga and functional movement since 2007. Her passion lies in “helping others to achieve better and safer movement within their own bodies”, which is why Natalie was keen to work with ParaStars Yoga®; “to reach out to those who are unable to attend her classes in person so that they too can benefit from her enthusiasm of free movement”.
