Synergy Active Online is working with Lampton Leisure with the shared goal of bringing people together. Synergy Active Online is a digital platform providing fully inclusive Dance, Yoga and fitness courses for everyone. We are moving to get more people active.
Lampton Leisure delivers high-quality sport and community programmes for Hounslow residents which will reduce the barriers to participating in physical activity and will contribute to the health & wellbeing of our community. Across the borough, their sport, physical activity and health partners are providing a great range of activities both locally and online.
Synergy provides activities for children, teens, adults and seniors including:
