ParaStars Seated Fitness™


ParaStars Seated Fitness is an online seated fitness programme designed for wheelchair users, anyone with a disability, long term health condition or other conditions which affect their mobility. Lessons focus on specific skills such as block work, core, shoulders. waist, boxing, arms, overall focus and a combination of all. Strength, cardio, core and mobility are all rolled into one package to given a non-nonsense and fun approach to fitness. Designed specifically for anyone in a seated position.


These lessons improve flexibility, muscle strength & well-being whilst seated at home or in another shared setting. Benefits include improved fitness, stress reduction, aiding flexibility, toning & helping to boost the immune system. Regular attendance will also improve core strength, motor skills, posture and agility. The lessons also help to enhance mental health & aid restful sleep.

Course Instructor

Natalie

Natalie is an experienced teacher and “industry pro” who has been working in the fitness industry since 2002 and has been specialising in yoga and functional movement since 2007. Her passion lies in “helping others to achieve better and safer movement within their own bodies”, which is why Natalie was keen to work with ParaStars Yoga®; “to reach out to those who are unable to attend her classes in person so that they too can benefit from her enthusiasm of free movement”.
