On-Demand Sensory Disco workouts – designed for SEN children and families
Want to keep moving in the holidays? Want to dance anytime anywhere? Enrol now for our unique disco workshops suitable for 7+ years and have a blast. This course contains three disco workshops to support children with special needs or disabilities. Our inspiring teacher will help children to keep fit and share their moves in a fun, dance and fitness class with a disco theme. Benefits include improved fitness and stamina, decreased stress, improved balance, spatial awareness and coordination, improved posture, the chance to exercise as a family, improved confidence, well-being, increased independence and quality of life.

Vicky
Vicky has been dancing as long as she can remember! She has a BA (Hons) Dance Degree from the University of Chichester and a MA module in Dance Writing & Criticism. She is also a qualified Para Dance UK Inclusive Dance Teacher. For the past decade, she has been working specifically with young people with additional needs. She absolutely loves working with young people, as they continue to inspire and teach her. They always "bring bags of enthusiasm and energy to dance class". Vicky works with children with a range of needs including PMLD and has experience running wheelchair dance classes. She wholeheartedly believes in a neurodiverse society and the power of community. Vicky leads for Synergy both online and in our SEND schools - she brings sunshine and joy to the children she teaches.
