ParaStars Yoga Fit - Seated Rehab & Return to Fitness (intermediate)


This level is advanced for participants who have completed the first Rehab and Return to Fitness Level One (Beginners) course. Build up your flexibility and fitness and take it to the next level.

ParaStars Yoga® Fit is a Rehab and Return to fitness is a seated online programme designed for NHS referrals and those with long term health conditions, who are rebuilding their daily routines after falls and spells in hospital, or due to other conditions which affect their mobility. These lessons would also suit participants from the disability community who may have had some time out from exercise and are looking for workouts to improve core strength and fitness, or anyone who has had a break from exercise and needs rehab to build up their transition to exercising regularly.

These courses are aimed to improve posture, work on core strength, increased range of mobility, fitness, physical & motor skills, spatial awareness, balance, coordination & flexibility. Stretching is important to keep moving, to maintain mobility. If you're not yet ready for more vigorous exercise, you can at least stay flexible with these workouts.

Course Instructor

Natalie

Natalie is an experienced teacher and “industry pro” who has been working in the fitness industry since 2002 and has been specialising in yoga and functional movement since 2007. Her passion lies in “helping others to achieve better and safer movement within their own bodies”, which is why Natalie was keen to work with ParaStars Yoga®; “to reach out to those who are unable to attend her classes in person so that they too can benefit from her enthusiasm of free movement”.
