Synergy Yoga & Meditation - breathing and self-awareness

Suitable for all levels. This course combines yoga, meditation and breathing and can help improve mental well-being. Each lesson aims to create mental clarity and calmness. Build resilience with this strengthening exercise - at least 2 sessions a week will help you meet the guidelines on muscle-strengthening activities. More benefits include increased body awareness; improved posture and flexibility, stress relief; relaxation of the mind and sharpened concentration.

Course Instructor

Sarah

After attending her first yoga class at twenty one years old, Sarah knew she would never live without yoga. Throughout her dance and fitness careers she has attended regular yoga practice in Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa lineages. After her initial yoga teacher training and qualifying as a Hatha Yoga Teacher, she further studied Yin and Restorative and continues to study along her yoga journey. Sarah loves to help others physically, mentally and spiritually through yoga teachings. Sarah also leads SEND dance for Synergy and you can catch her leading a class for Synergy Dance® Outreach on "Strictly Come Dancing" in November 2021, for our work with Children In Need. Sarah's teaching has made a difference to many children's lives and she is highly praised for her impact on participants.
